Welcome
Sorry about the delay this week. It has been a flurry of editing the images in the FRAX/DDG "Spiral Series" for use in the upcoming video for "Eternal Light." In my research on fractal imagery groups on FaceBook, I have met a man named Peter St. Clair from California who has taken me under his wing to teach me some post-processing techniques for enhancing digital artwork. The results are subtle (in most cases), but stunning!
It's a fairly tedious, time-intensive process, but I've managed to get about 10% of the now nearly 270 images finished. I've been sharing some of these images on a few of the FB fractal and digital art groups to gain some feedback, and two or three have been chosen to be used for the header graphic of the group!
In this issue I'll describe the basics of the process, show the difference between the unprocessed and processed images, and highlight a few of the best.
